The Perinatal Collaborative Care Collective is dedicated to the development, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based interventions and models of care that address the well-being of pregnant persons.

The Collective is involved in several initiatives that focus on:

  • Perinatal mental health
  • Addressing social determinants of health
  • Integration of community health workers (CHWs) in perinatal settings
  • Digital dissemination of the perinatal collaborative care model
