Initiatives Supported by the Collective
The Perinatal Collaborative Care Collective is dedicated to the development, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based interventions and models of care that address the well-being of pregnant persons.
The Collective is involved in several initiatives that focus on:
- Perinatal mental health
- Addressing social determinants of health
- Integration of community health workers (CHWs) in perinatal settings
- Digital dissemination of the perinatal collaborative care model
